- Generate or use the Universal Registration Number (URN) and complete the Common Application Form (CAF)
- Complete the required live photograph capture and signature upload according to UPSC instructions
- Open the post/vacancy-specific module and select the required vacancy under No. 12/2026
- Upload documentary proof supporting date of birth, educational qualifications, experience, category and other claims made in the application
- Pay the ₹25 application fee online where applicable. Female, SC, ST and PwBD candidates are exempt
- Review the information and submit the online application no later than 6:00 PM on October 16, 2026
